Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of velmorasoulmate.com and the products sold there under the Velmora brand (the "Service"), operated by HTK Labs LLC ("we", "us"). By using the Service or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms.

1. Entertainment only

The Service provides astrology-themed entertainment: a soulmate portrait, a written reading and optional add-ons based on the birth details you enter. Portraits and readings are created using automated tools, including artificial intelligence. They do not depict real people and are not predictions, guarantees or professional advice of any kind (including medical, psychological, legal or financial advice). Please don't make important life decisions based on them.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service or make a purchase.

3. Orders and payment

• Prices are shown in US dollars before you pay. All purchases are one-time payments; there is no subscription.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We don't see or store your full card number.
• At checkout you can let Stripe save your payment method so that optional add-ons offered right after your purchase can be bought with one tap. You are only charged for an add-on if you choose it.
• Your results are delivered on a private web page and by email, usually within a minute.

4. Refunds

You can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked. See our Refund Policy.

5. Your content and our content

You keep any rights in the information you submit and give us permission to use it to provide the Service. Your portrait and reading are for your personal, non-commercial use; you may share them freely. The Service's design, text and software belong to HTK Labs LLC.

6. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the Service: no attempts to break or overload it, scrape it, resell it, or enter another person's details without their permission.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, HTK Labs LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. The effective date above shows the latest version.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
